| Home show season is fast approaching! What does that mean for you? It means that we are about to reach our busy season. Now is the prime time to begin the planning stages of any project that you may want to complete this spring or summer! Concept drawings are a great way to get an overall plan for your new landscape. Most plans are between $1000-$1500. This winter, we will refund the cost of the concept drawing off the work if you have Brookside install what we have designed for you! After the concept drawing is completed, we will meet with you to give you a detailed bid for the work that needs to be completed on the concept drawing. | How To Handle Pump Warranties & Exchanges Pumps Brookside Installed: Brookside honors manufacturer warranties on pump we install. Most pumps are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of installation. If your pump goes out within that two years, please fill in the form to the right and give us details about the size of the pump and the installation date. There are two ways we can handle replacing it for you: 1. If it is within 90 days of installation, we will pick up the pump, exchange it and replace it. 2. If it is out of the 90 days since installation, we will help you set up warranty with the manufacturer of the pump and refer you to someone that you can pay to do the labor of installing the new pump if you like. Pumps Purchased from Water Garden Center If you purchased a pump through our Water Garden Center and it needs to be exchanged for warranty, please fill in the form to the left and give us details about the purchase date of the pump as well as the size. We will help you set up warranty with the manufacturer. |
